HEAT TRANSFER LABEL OPTIONS
HEAT TRANSFER LABEL PRODUCTION
Screen Printing & Color Control
Controlled screen printing and layered color preparation support clean edges, fine lettering and consistent repeat production.

Heat Press Application Testing
Application testing checks the recommended temperature, time, pressure, edge quality and adhesion on representative garment fabric.
Custom Heat Transfer Label Ordering Guide
Artwork: AI or vector PDF is preferred. Include the final size, colors, placement, garment fabric composition and color, stretch requirement and desired finish.
Sample approval: An artwork proof is provided before production. A physical transfer sample or application test can be arranged when required; cost and timing depend on the process and fabric.
Production: Lead time is usually around 10–14 days after artwork, sample, order and payment confirmation. Complex effects, fabric testing and larger quantities may require additional time.
Quotation: Pricing depends on size, color count, material and process, print coverage, quantity, sheet or individual-cut format, testing and packaging.
Application: Recommended heat-press temperature, time and pressure are confirmed against the approved sample because garment fabrics and finishes behave differently.
Packaging: Transfers can be packed by sheet, design, size or customer production sequence according to order requirements.
